In Oklahoma, Pushmataha, Choctaw, Osage, Washington, Nowata, Craig, Ottawa, Pawnee, Tulsa, Rogers, Mayes, Delaware, Creek, Okfuskee, Okmulgee, Wagoner, Cherokee, Adair, Muskogee, McIntosh, Sequoyah, Pittsburg, Haskell, Latimer, and Le Flore counties. * WIND...South to southwest winds 30 to 50 mph with gusts 40 to 60 mph. * HUMIDITY...Falling into the upper teens to upper 20 percent range during the afternoon. * TEMPERATURE...High temperatures in the mid 70s to around 80. * IMPACTS...any fires that develop will spread dangerously fast. Outdoor burning should be avoided on Friday.
