Winds will shift to the northwest early this evening and remain gusty through the evening hours. * RELATIVE HUMIDITY...As low as 15 to 20 percent. * TEMPERATURES...Up to 73. * LIGHTNING...Isolated. * IMPACTS...Any fire start will spread rapidly and become difficult to control.
